    • Assist with group and family photos so you don't need to wrangle your guests and take ages doing so

    • Encourage guests to sign the guest book and put cards in the wishing well

    • Inform guests of what they need to know, such as what time the bar opens and what activities you have planned

    • Direct guests to the reception area or location

    • Be a point of contact between you and other vendors if needed
